Return Process

    Initiate an RMA Request

    Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.

    Securely Package Your PC

    Place your gaming PC back into its original internal foam molding and double-box packaging to prevent any physical damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for expedited delivery to our quality control facility.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
